We offer complimentary 14-day returns and exchanges on all full-price ready-to-wear orders purchased online. Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and proof of purchase.Returns may be initiated via your customer account or by contacting bronwyn@bialucina.com.For exchanges, please note your preferred size or colour in the notes field, or contact bronwyn@bialucina.com.

Made-to-Order / Made-to-Measure
As each piece is crafted exclusively for you, all made-to-order and made-to-measure garments are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds
Once processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method for the value of the returned item(s), excluding shipping costs.Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.
